Eligibility For Return
A book ordered on www.nageenprakashan.com is delivered to the customer in damaged condition.
The damaged book must be reported within 10 days of receipt to the customer.
The defective book* (a book having missing pages or wrong page sequence) must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
The received book is not the same book as ordered by the customer.
Prerequisites For Return
When returning books, they must be in the same condition as they were when delivered, this means there should be no visible damage, writing or marks, highlighting and odour.
Books purchased in shrink-wrap must still be in original wrapping.
A copy of the original invoice must accompany with return packet.
Ensure that the return packet should be properly packed to avoid damages.
Procedure For Return
Customer must meet all of the above prerequisites and must complete the Return Authorization Form in order to return the book(s). All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
This will help us to serve you more efficiently and expeditiously. Returns without a RAN will not be accepted for refund.
Please ensure while generating RAN online, you have the product title name, ISBN and Invoice number ready with you.
